Brunhilde is a skilled warrior from Asgard and leader of the Valkyries.
Biography[]
She fell in love with Fandral but he scorned her. So she went off and formed the Valkyries, a group of all-female warriors. She made their base at Kona Lifandi. She then recruited Sif but was followed. However, she killed the Asgardian spy. She then caught Thor with Sif and took Elderstahl from him. She tried to kill him but was stopped by an invasion of Frost Giants. She then realized that Sif still loved Thor and let them all go.
When Hulk tried to kill Odin, Brunhilde and the Valkyries tried to stop him but were defeated.
Background[]
Brunhilde was voiced by Colleen O'Shaughnessey on The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes and Cathy Weseluck on Thor: Tales of Asgard. The voice actress on Hulk vs Thor is unknown, but it is likely Nicole Oliver who did additional female voices for the video.
For reasons unknown, one N was dropped from her name in the subtitles and credits of Tales of Asgard.
