For the lawyer, see Hodge.

Cameron Hodge was an anti-mutant politician who eventually became part of the Phalanx.

Biography[]

He became an ambassador for the nation of Genosha. The government secretly enslaved mutants to work for Master Mold. They were eventually overthrown by the combined might of the slaves freed by Cable and the X-Men. He lost a leg in the process.

Hodge with the Phalanx

He then met up with the techno-organic alien race known as the Phalanx. They gave him a cybernetic limb and put him in charge of the Phalanx invasion of Earth, since he knew the planet and was willing to help. They slowly assimilated the planet. He was stopped by McCoy, Forge, Magneto, Mister Sinister, Amelia Voght, and Warlock. The aliens were driven from Earth and Hodge was captured.

Background[]

Hodge was voiced by Stephen Ouimette.

Currently the only animated version of the character.

There is a Hodge seen as Beast's lawyer in "Enter Magneto", also voiced by Ouimette. However, despite the physical similarities it is highly unlikely that this is the same person. Cameron Hodge would likely not help any mutant in court and it is highly unlikely that he would go from being a defense attorney to ambassador in such a short amount of time. It is likely a coincidence or possibly the two are related.

In the Comics[]

He was Warren Worthington III's college roommate.

He planned to reunited the original five X-Men under the name X-Factor. However, it was discovered that it was part of an anti-mutant group's plan. He got Angel's wings amputated and caused fights between Cyclops and Jean Grey when he projected images of Phoenix around her.
