Clarence J. "Clancy" Brown III (born January 5, 1959) is an American actor who played Sasquatch on The Incredible Hulk, Raymond and a policeman on Spider-Man: The New Animated Series, Mister Sinister on Wolverine and the X-Men, George Stacy and Rhino on The Spectacular Spider-Man, Odin and a troll on The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, and Red Hulk on Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H..

Brown's live action roles include Byron Hadley in the Oscar nominated The Shawshank Redemption, Sergeant Zim in Starship Troopers along with Neil Patrick Harris, the Kurgan in Highlander, and Brother Justin in Carnivale.

His other voice acting roles include Mr. Krabs on SpongeBob SquarePants, Lex Luthor in the DC Animated Universe, Mr. Freeze and Lex Luthor on The Batman, Dogpound/Chris Bradford in the 2012 incarnation of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Savage Oppress in Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
