Richard "Dick" Clark (born November 30th, 1929; died April 18th, 2012) was an American television and radio personality and businessman. He played himself on the Fantastic Four series premiere "The Origin of the Fantastic Four, Part One" and Part Two.

He is well known for hosting American Bandstand and Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve

In late 2004, he suffered a stroke though he still appeared on television. On the morning of April 18, 2012 he had a heart attack and died at the age of eighty-two.
