Doctor Doom assigned Egghead to get into the S.H.I.E.L.D. helicarrier to get an Infinity Fractal.

He later ran for Mayor of Super Hero City. He used a mind-control device in his tie to win. He changed the laws so superheroes would have a difficult time. However, he was defeated by Wolverine.

He later made clones of Wolverine and used them to abduct Reptil and Firestar's teacher. However, the two joined Wolverine in stopping him.
