Harry Osborn is the son of deceased industrialist Norman Osborn. He attends Empire State University along with his friends Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson. He seeks revenge on Spider-Man, whom he blames for his father's death.
Biography[]
Harry always lived in his father's shadow. When Norman died mysteriously, Harry was given control of Oscorp Industries while blaming Spider-Man for killing him. However, he occasionally had to work with the wallcrawler in order to stop Turbo Jet, Lizard, and Electro. But when the Gaines twins tricked Spider-Man into attacking Indira Daimonji, Peter's girlfriend, Harry's hatred was confirmed.

Harry Osborn was voiced by Ian Ziering.
The series was designed to follow the first Spider-Man film where Harry was played by James Franco. In the end of the film, Harry finds Spider-Man dropping off Norman's body, not realizing that his father was the Green Goblin and had killed himself while Spider-Man stripped him off the Goblin costume to protect his reputation. Harry swore vengeance and spent the second and third movies seeking revenge before dying. Though the films eventually contradicted the series, most notably with Lizard/Curt Connors, making the two similar but separate.
Harry has blonde hair for the series, rather than the auburn-stripped hair of the comics and other adaptations.
