Biography[]
At some point, MODOC was arrested and held in the Vault.
He turned Simon Williams, brother of Grim Reaper, into Wonder Man.
He helped to create the Cosmic Cube on behalf of HYDRA, though this caused the two organizations to go to war with each other.
