Mr. Meugniot is the editor of The Daily Byte on Counter-Earth.
Biography[]
When Spider-Man arrived on Counter-Earth, Meugniot offered a reward. A young man named Peter Parker came offering high quality photos of the hero. He tried to shortchange Parker on the reward but Peter talked him up. Peter continued providing pictures for the Byte.

Meugniot was voiced by Garry Chalk.
He is original to the series, though obviously inspired by J. Jonah Jameson. He was designed to resemble and named after writer/producer Will Meugniot.
His name was originally going to be spelled Mineo.
