Adrian Toomes, also known as Vulture, is a supervillain.
Biography[]
Adrian was a teenager when he was experimented on by Doctor Octopus. Octavius performed his animal serum experiments on him and brainwashed him in order to program the boy.
Spider-Man found him and took him to S.H.I.E.L.D. to find answers. However, his programming kicked in and he fought the agents. Spider-Man was able to break through the brainwashing and together the two defeated Octavius.
Spider-Man offered him a position to train with him and the other superhero teenagers, but Adrian declined.
He was then recruited by Taskmaster to be part of the Thunderbolts. They attacked the Tri-Carrier while tricking Venom and Iron Spider into freeing Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, Beetle, and Scorpion. Vulture immediately wanted revenge on Octavius, but Taskmaster got him to wait. Octavius, Beetle, and Scorpion fled in a Quinjet and Taskmaster allowed Vulture to crash it. After his teammates were defeated, Spider-Man allowed Vulture to escape.

Adrian Toomes is an elderly businessman.
He uses a flight suit that allows him to hover. His wings are largely decorative though he turned them into blades to cut things.
He is the second supervillain Spider-Man encountered. He became one after his partner embezzled funds and he had no legal recourse.
He is an original member of the Sinister Six.
