Hulk is a hero from Earth and alternate identity to Bruce Banner. On the planet of Sakaar he became known as both the Sakaarson and World Breaker.
Biography[]
Dr. Bruce Banner was once a average, but brilliant scientist and expert in Gamma radiation, until a lab accident left him vulnerable to Gamma rays, which mutated him, and allowed him to transform into the destructive green monster known as the "Hulk" any time he feels enraged or agitated. Banner's condition initially made him a dangerous threat, until he learned to control his rage, and act as a superhero.
As time went by, Hulk fought alongside other superheroes such as Thor, Iron Man, Mister Fantastic, Doctor Strange, and Black Bolt. Thor went back to Asgard where his tales were heard by Beta Ray Bill.
However, Hulk grew too powerful causing the other heroes to fear his strength. The Illuminati captured Hulk aboard a S.H.I.E.L.D. Space Shuttle. Iron Man left a message apologizing to Bruce. Unfortunately, Hulk was too angry to listen. Hulk damaged the ship and they fell through the Great Portal while bombarded with gamma rays.
The ship crashed on Sakaar and Hulk was captured by the natives. Due to the constant danger present, Hulk never transformed back into Bruce Banner. Forced from his home, he joined the gladiator battles and joined the Warbound. He fulfilled the prophecy of the Sakaarson by overthrowing and defeating the Red King, and accepted his new place as king of Sakaar.
