Jonathan Harker was one of the first Vampire Hunters and friend to Abraham Van Helsing. He conceived a child whom he named Hans Harker. He travelled with Abraham to Dracula's Castle in Transylvania to kill Count Dracula. However, the vampire lord awoke and killed both him and Abraham.

Jonathan Harker was a non-speaking part.

In the comics, and original Bram Stroker novel, Jonathan and Abraham were successful in killing Dracula.
