May Parker is the aunt of Peter Parker.
Biography[]
Her nephew Peter became the superhero Spider-Man. However, he was killed by Kingpin. Later, another Peter from a parallel universe arrived and teamed up with Miles Morales, who became the new Spider-Man of her dimension, and Spider-Woman. When the override key to shut down Kingpin's Super Collider was damaged Peter took Miles and Gwen to the house of that universe's Peter. There they met May. May took Peter, Miles and Gwen into her Peter's Spider Cave where they met Spider-Man Noir, Spider-Ham and Peni Parker. When Kingpin's thugs invaded May's house looking for the override key that could shut down the Super Collider, May helped the Spider-Gang fight them off. May also helped Miles create a new Spider-Man costume that was black and red and gave him a pair of Web-Shooters.

Aunt May is voiced by Lily Tomlin. Coincidentally, Tomlin previously appeared on The West Wing and Grace and Frankie along with Martin Sheen, who played Ben Parker on The Amazing Spider-Man.
When Peter and Miles meet Olivia Octavius for the first time at Alchemax, Olivia tells Peter "My friends call me Liv. My enemies call me Doc Ock". Later, when Olivia attacks the Spider-Gang at the Parker home, May Parker says "Oh great, it's Liv" implying that at some point in the past Olivia Octavius and May Parker used to be friends. This could be a reference to The Amazing Spider-Man #131 where Otto Octavis learned that May Parker had inherited a small Canadian island containing a commercial nuclear reactor and Doc Ock nearly married Aunt May to get ownership of the reactor.
