Reptilla was a normal lizard that was mutated into humanoid creature by Curt Conner.
Biography[]
When Curt Conner developed a serum to give reptiles higher intelligence he tested it on a lizard. The serum gave the lizard human intelligence. However, the lizard grew into a humanoid lizard and took the name Reptilla. Reptilla kidnapped Curt and planned to give the serum to other reptiles so he could create an army. However, Spider-Man gave Reptilla an antidote which turned him back into a normal lizard. Spider-Man then rescued Curt and returned him to his family.

Reptilla was created for the series although he is based on the Lizard.
