Roy Allen Smith (born December 12, 1954) was a producer on Silver Surfer; director on Silver Surfer and Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H.; storyboard artist on The Super Hero Squad Show and Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H.; as well as layout artist on Spider-Man, The Incredible Hulk, and Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends.

He is most known as the director of The Land Before Time direct-to-video series.
