A spa, or more specifically a hot tub, is a small pool of water that is heated up. It is used for relaxation and often for physical therapy.
History[]
Tony Stark had a spa at his house he would use for physical therapy with his therapist Veronica Benning. He had an injury near his spine, from when Mandarin took him hostage, and required therapy.
During one such session, James Rhodes interrupted them saying Tony needed to get to a Hypertech seminar.
As the two exited the spa, a tornado appeared and Whirlwind and Dreadknight attacked. They entered the Iron Man armory and stole a microchip.
