Spider-Man is a 1995 Video Game tie in to the Spider-Man TV show. Christopher Daniel Barnes, Sara Ballantine, Dawnn Lewis, Nell Carter, Jennifer Hale and Edward Asner all reprise their roles as Spider-Man, Mary Jane Watson, Terri Lee, Glory Grant, Felicia Hardy and J. Jonah Jameson. It was developed for Sege Genesis and Super Nintendo.

The gameplay is similar to most styles of the decade, with skyrolling platform and action. The game features six consecutive levels: a Laboratory, a Construction Site, the Brooklyn Bridge, Coney Island, a Penthouse and Ravencroft Asylum.

Featured VillainsEdit

There are over twenty villains. Green Goblin, Venom, Hobgoblin, Kingpin, Mysterio, Owl, Shocker and Scorpion appear as they had been on the show at that time. Villains who not appeared on the show at that time were Hydro-Man, Carnage, Electro, Vulture, Kraven the Hunter, Tinkerer, and Miriam. characters who did not appear on the show at all were Sandman, Scream, Hypno-Hustler, Ivonna, Boomerang, Speed Demon, Scorpia and Kangror. Hypnotia from Iron Man also appeared.

Featured HeroesEdit

Spider-Man allies with the Fantastic Four appear along with Captain America, Scarlet Witch Iron Man, She-Hulk and Ant-Man from the Avengers. Cyclops, Rogue, Storm, Bishop and Psylocke from the X-Men appear as well. Terri Lee, and Felicia Hardy give information regularly.


The game is often referred to as "Spider-Man: The Animated Series".
