    Deadline has revealed that Marvel Entertainment is developing an animated series based on Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. The comic book series follows the adventures of nine year-old Lunella Lafayette, an Inhuman and one of the smartest people on Earth, and a crimson-colored prehistoric T-Rex, whom she can switch bodies with.

    The series doesn't have an official title, though it's currently working under Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. It will be executive produced by Laurence Fishburne, of The Matrix and black-ish fame, and Helen Sugland, of black-ish and Grown-ish fame.     Today marks the fiftieth anniversary of the premiere of Mister Rogers' Neighborhood. The series was an educational children's show, hosted by creator Fred Rogers, who taught lessons to young kids. It lasted over one-thousand episodes across thirty-one seasons, going from February 19th, 1968 to August 31st, 2001. The long-running series became a significant fixture in popular culture and featured a number of famous actors or actors before they became famous. It also resulted in an animated spin-off titled Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood.

    In the United States of America, today is Presidents Day, celebrating the forty-five individual Presidents of the country. The day is celebrated as a federal holiday on this day as the birthday of the first president, George Washington. The Incredible Hulk recreated Mount Rushmore which features the likeness of presidents Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, and Theodore Roosevelt. Real-life president Bill Clinton was on Fantastic Four and Iron Man played by Jim Cummings. X-Men had an unnamed woman as president, apparently based on Clinton's wife Hillary who herself ran for president twice. The Avengers: United They Stand featured an unnamed man as president, though not seemingly based on any real life person.

    LeVar Burton Turns 61

    Today is the sixty-first birthday for LeVar Burton. The actor rose to fame as Kunta Kinte in the influential 1977 miniseries Roots. He is also the longtime host of Reading Rainbow. He is most remembered as Geordi La Forge in the Star Trek franchise starting with The Next Generation as well as directing numerous episodes. Marvel fans would know him as the voice of James Rhodes, also known as War Machine, on The Super Hero Squad Show.

    Black Panther Released

    Today is the release of Black Panther. It is the eighteenth film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe by Marvel Studios and a spin-off from Captain America: Civil War, which detailed his origins. The story follows the King of Wakanda as he returns home to find his reign threatened by long-time adversary.

    The film features the talents of Stan Lee in one of his iconic cameos as a South Korean casino patron.
