20 Years of Xena: Warrior Princess

Today marks the twentieth anniversary of the premiere of Xena: Warrior Princess. It was a spin-off of the series Hercules: The Legendary Journeys featuring Kevin Sorbo as the title character. Xena eventually passed Hercules in popularity and was praised for featuring a duo of strong female protagonists. The series featured numerous appearances of Sorbo as Hercules.
