The Critics Choice Awards honoring the movies and television of 2018 have announced their nominations for the 24th Annual Critics’ Choice Awards. The winners will be announced on January 13th, 2019, airing on The CW.
Marvel Studios' Black Panther got a total of twelve nominations including Best Picture and Best Acting Ensemble. Mahershala Ali got a Best Supporting Actor nomination for Green Book. Walt Disney Animation Studios and Sony Pictures Animation got Best Animated Feature nominations for Ralph Breaks the Internet and Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. Milo Ventimiglia got a Best Actor in a Drama Series nomination for This is Us. Hank Azaria, Donald Glover, and Jim Parsons got nominations for Best Actor in a Comedy Series for Brockmire, Atlanta, and The Big Bang Theory. Brian Tyree Henry and Henry Winkler got nominations for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for Atlanta and Barry.
